Kids can be adorable. When they smile, the world seems to brighten. When they cry, the world seems to turn to ice.
I can't shake the feeling that children do one thing more often than the other, especially when I catch one of the scheduled tantrums thrown by the neighbors' three-year old.
At some point, of course, they stop crying. That's when the begging starts: Can I have this? All the other kids have this? *shudder*
There's actually not much to tell about the drawing of this strip.
However, I spent quite a bit of time refining the wording in the last panel. The original punch line was a bit too plain. The first alternative I came up with was way too crass. I hope this one strikes the balance.
