So I go on a long-hoped-for vacation and what happens? I get sick. One of my worst colds ever: Clogged sinuses, bouts of fever, near deafness in the left ear.
Since I was overseas, there was no easy way to find a doctor. So I thought "it'll pass". Three weeks later I still have a nasty cough.
The day after I got home I went to my doctor. She told me that the worst was over and that I should just try not to cough. Gee.
After nearly four weeks without THIS IS ME, the whole workflow of drawing and publishing a strip feels simultaneously foreign and familiar.
I enjoyed toying with Death. Best part: No reference!
