Empathy will only go so far if you're reading a good book. Especially if the disaster is perceived as routine.

Drawing this strip took much longer... after weeks off the job, it's really hard to get back into the drawing spirit. Also, after such an absence, I didn't want to deliver a rush job.
If you look closely at the frontispiece panel, you may realize the blue screen is a crash in the Windows 95/98/ME style, not an NT-like stop error.
