The peasants are revolting!
The original explanation for Andrew's outfit was given here. The true reason was uncovered much later.
The seeds for this revolt were sown a month ago.
This strip probably looked better in concept than in execution. Also, I'm not sure if the punch line is obvious. Then again, I always worry about the punch line.
After a few somewhat boring frontispieces, I'm trying to return to the habit of creating introductory panels which add something to the strip. Even if it is just an ugly gut.
