The active ingredient responsible for this strip is apparently called diphenhydramine.
The enthusiastic drug user shown in this strip has been featured previously in The Big Drug Scare and Aural Drug Consumption, as well as other occasions.
Panel 3 was a lot of fun to draw, for reasons I hope I won't have to explain.
The frontispiece came out so well at the first try, shadows and all, that it was almost scary.
